More Paris updates, starting with Hussein Chalayan!
From highly conceptive to… well, sexy.
Ali Stephens. Most of the colours were city-based (cement, fences, concrete, etc…)
Constance Jablonski. Nice pouffy, concrete collar.
Angelika Kocheva. Waders… again? I do like the structured lines on top though.
Anya Kozokova. Nice and simple and chic.
Anna Chyzh. Nice wide hem and mixing greys up top.
Anne Catherine Lacroix. Great jacket.
Shelia Marquez. Great shapes.
Cement and dirt coloured jacket… with a hint of sexy, since it’s thigh-grazing.
Ali Stephens – deep V = more sexy. Strong shoulders.
Charlotte Hoyer. More thigh-high leather boots, black cape.
Bursts of colour at the end of the show.
Hmm, lots of pictures… I guess this was one of my favourite lines from fall.
Now for UNGARO.
“Third time was the charm. After struggling to connect with the Emanuel Ungaro legacy, Esteban Cortazar has come up with a Fall collection that not only stayed true to the house founder’s go-go eighties joie de vivre, but at the same time proved he’s keyed in to what the nightclub set likes to wear now.” [Style.com]
Kinga Rajzak. Shiny dots, pouffy grey skirt, and a dotty blouse.
Like the jacket & bag.
Katy Fogarty. Hot pink pants and some sort of oversize black coat.
Arlenis Sosa. AMAZING blue knit sweater thing!
Sara Blomqvist. Love the pink and the sheer.
Liu Wen. Great skirt and jacket.
Look du jour:
From JAK&JIL: Amber Rose wearing an Al Wang dress and Lanvin shoes & clutch.
Can’t get this picture (Sartorialist) to format properly, so ciao!
